We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express,Google Pay, and Apple Pay. 

WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?

Your account will be charged immediately after your order has been accepted and processed.

I CHANGED MY MIND! CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been made and the transaction is underway. However, if you do need help, feel free to drop us an email at sales@noirbag.com.

Shipping

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Anywhere on our home planet Earth!

Our shipping speed will vary based on your location and the weight of the order. 

Our Standard shipping is Free for orders above SGD120 and the speed is approximately 12-14 business days. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number with your shipment notification email.

I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

After we have shipped out your order, there might be unforeseen custom checks & delays for international orders

If you do not receive your order after 21 business days, please contact us at sales@noirbag.com for assistance.

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

Taxes and duties are dependent on the destination country. Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient and these charges are not included in the total at checkout.  As such, you might need to pay for the charges when you receive your package. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

How much do you charge for shipping?

We provide Free standard shipping for orders above SGD120.

If you would prefer to receive your item within 7 days please select express shipping. Express shipping costs SGD25.

 

Returns

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All purchases made are final and not eligible for return or exchange. 

NOIR will provide an exchange for defective items when notified within two days of when the item/items were received, provided the items are unused.

If you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately at sales@noirbag.com

Please mail us your defective item in order for us to process your refund. We do not bear the cost of return shipping. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

HELP, I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT!

If you received a different product from the one you ordered, we’re sorry! Please contact us immediately and we’ll make sure you get the correct product you ordered.
